The staff who cared for Mum are incredibly dedicated and made her and us feel like family. It gave us great joy to hear her saying: “Wasn’t I lucky to come in here” during her last few days before she finally succumbed to her illness. She kept saying “I am so comfortable” and that “the staff are so kind to me”. What better praise can one give?
