Our residents got an opportunity to do some yoga with Marek on a sunny day in Kinsale! Marek does his best to visit us as much as he can and we are always delighted to see him. 

This time the ladies had an opportunity to practice a few new extra poses and enjoy the afternoon doing breathing and relaxation exercises 😊
